- "What is Soft-Spun Creations all about?"
Soft-Spun Creations is a brand owned by Black women, situated in Sunny South Dallas. Our mission is to breathe life into handmade crochet items, driven by the concept of infusing joy into everything we create. We specialize in crafting wearables that not only exude beauty but also prioritize comfort.
- “How long does it take to receive my order?”
Since all our creations are meticulously crafted by hand, they require a bit of time to ensure the utmost quality. Orders typically take between 7 to 14 days for processing. Once your item is complete, it will be carefully packaged and shipped within 2 to 3 days. We kindly advise placing your order well in advance, considering these processing and shipping times, to ensure you receive it in time for your desired date.
- “I selected local pickup at the checkout. Where do I go?”
Your package can be picked up at the designated pickup location at 2720 Bataan St, Dallas, TX 75212. Pickup times are available on Saturdays between 2:00pm and 5:00pm, once your order has been processed. You will be notified once your order is ready for pickup.
- “I received my creation, how do I take care of it?”
For guidance on caring for your product, please refer to the care instructions provided in the product description. Care instructions may vary depending on the materials used in its creation, so be sure to consult the specific guidelines outlined there.
- Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, kindly contact us immediately at softspuncreations@gmail.com. We will promptly work to correct any issues to ensure your satisfaction. You have (14) days after delivery to initiate an exchange. Rest assured, your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to assist you every step of the way.
- “I have received my product and I no longer want it. What should I do?
Oh no, we are sorry to hear that. Please note that all items are final sale, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, if the product you received has any issues or defects, please reach out to us within (14) days of delivery to initiate a replacement. To be eligible for a replacement, items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
